1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order or using the AZNABA website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes — slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration differences. Product descriptions are as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
3. Orders and Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, and Nagad. For online payments (bKash / Nagad), you must provide a valid transaction ID at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful verification of the payment or COD agreement. AZNABA reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and provide a full refund.
4. Shipping and Delivery
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days inside Dhaka and 3–7 business days outside Dhaka. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone.
5. Returns and Exchange
We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. We do not offer refunds on correctly delivered items — only exchange or store credit. To initiate an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp at +8801626774080 with your order number and reason.
The following items are non-exchangeable: custom-stitched orders, sale items, and items damaged due to customer misuse.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of AZNABA and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
AZNABA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
